Koei's first fighting game draws its source material from its classic Romance of the Three Kingdoms strategy game series. Based in 2nd Century China the baker's dozen combatants (including a trio of playable Bosses) in this 3D fighter are each comprised of at least 600 polygons while the game itself runs at a remarkable 60 fps! Koei assembled one of the all-time great development teams (a group of fighting game veterans dubbed the Omega Force Team) for this project and it shows. |
